Are you our new Financial Manager?

EXARC is still looking for a new financial manager!

After over 20 years of dedication to EXARC, our wonderful financial manager Magda Zielinska stepped down at the end of last year, and is now focusing instead on volunteering as part of the EXARC Journal team. We here at EXARC are incredibly grateful to Magda for all of the hard work that she has put into her role over the years in ensuring that everything behind the scenes of EXARC administration ran smoothly, and we look forward to seeing how she helps to further develop the EXARC Journal. 

This also means that we are looking for a new financial manager to take on the role! You will be responsible for those financial administrative tasks involved with running an organisation, such as invoicing members, monitoring our incoming and outgoing payments, submitting transaction overviews to the bookkeeper, maintaining an overview of the budget, making payments, etc. The exact task allocation is flexible, and you will be working closely alongside the EXARC Director and Treasurer.
